DECISION MAKING
A. DEFINITION OF DECISION MAKING:
The word decision (Latin; Decisio= Decide) or to cut off. In simple words decision means the action of deciding of settlement/ to reach/ conclusion or judgment.
B. STEPS OF DECISION MAKING:
- Identifying the task
- Reviewing the factor
- Analyze possible course of action
- Choosing the best alternatives
- Implementation
- Evaluating decision
C. COMMUNICATING DECISION TO OTHERS:
The decision should be passed to concerning individuals through their participation during decision making is the best. Office order in written, verbal order, notice board, in large group through media etc.
